Hey fellow DISers...I am moving and I called the Castaway Club 800 number and got put through to "Holiday Cruise". The guy wanted my phone number "in case we get disconnected" I won a carribean cruise for 2 - what's my address. I said, I'm just calling to put in a change of address. "Well, before I explain to you..." click.

I just want to change my address!!!! Someone have a link?

If you go to the DCL website, and sign into the Castaway Club, there's a link on the upper right (well on the "old" site) that's "Update Profile". You can change your address there.

Holiday cruise called me today. It was a robo call. I hung up on them. I got off the dream 2 weeks ago. I wonder if that puts you on their 'list'.

I doubt it. I started getting calls from them years before I ever went on any cruise. I have a coworker who is vehemently anti-cruise, has never taken one, and never will who regularly gets calls from them. It drives him up a wall.

You called them, right? I wonder if the Holiday Cruise people grabbed the phone numbers that were one number off from the CC 800 number so that if people dialed the wrong number, they went to the telemarketer instead??

I'm sure that's exactly what they do, for all major cruise lines' numbers.

Yes jetskigrl. I called the 1-800-440-3380 number. I kept asking was this DCL and the telemarketer kept saying "let me get your information in case we get disconnected." I asked again, same thing, he wouldn't answer so I hung up right when he said "in order for you to receive your free carribean vacation for two.." Click.
