Called again...and had a pin!

This is the 3rd week I've called and this time I was ready to reserve room only. When we first started talking the cast member said there were no discounts for August yet. Then I asked if there were any pin codes tied to my account and he said he would check. He thought he found one he could use but got all of my info just in case that pin didn't apply. Turns out it did and we got 30% off 7 nights at the Poly! That works better for just the 2 of us instead of free dining. Yay!

That is so awesome! We got FD and I am thrilled but we are doing a split stay at CR and BC so a room discount would be so much better for us. But I am happy for anything right now

I keep hearing that people just call and ask about a pin, but I've never tried this. You just ask the CM to check? For the past three years, we've gotten 40% off pins for our August trips, but so far nothing. I've even saved room only bookings online, only to have them email me a reminder to finish booking... at full rack rate.

We will still go without a significant discount, but we will be back to staying at a Mod., not a Deluxe. Which is fine. I wonder if I call to book the Mod., but ask them to check for a pin, just in case....maybe I'll get lucky.

I still don't get why I would have a pin code that they haven't told me about yet.

Same here. We got our 40% off in January last year, and so far this year NOTHING!!! I need to book so we can make our 180+10 ADRs!
