call wait times

I've been trying to buy tickets for our May trip. We were on a road trip over the weekend (coming home) and I spent a good portion of 18 hours calling over and over and getting busy signals. I looked at my call history last night and I have close to 100 calls with busy signals. I got through once and it disconnected. :(

Just now I called and after 25 minutes on hold, it hung up and the line is busy again. There is really no excuse for it to be this bad.

I was trying to call about a week ago and was having the same issues. I ended up "chatting" with a cast member in the My Disney Experience App and they sent me a form to fill out with my contact information, then a cast member called me about an hour later!

A Disney Vacation Club cast member from Member Services?? It would certainly be nice to be able to get call backs instead of being attached to a phone....

I actually tried that as well- they told me that they don't do that because of how their system is set up. But I would still encourage others to try it in case it works for someone, we all know how hit and miss cast members can be.
 

I have been on hold with ticketing since around 2:30pmCST. It is now 7:34pmCST. I have sent an email asking to have someone call me. Gah!

I agree!

I called 38 times (busy signals or worse) recently and my husband noted, "I'm surprised you counted them." My reply was similar to yours, "No counting needed. The number shows itself easily in the phone log."
