Call from Mickey?

Last year, they offered a free call from Mickey on Christmas Day if you had booked a vacation by a certain date. My daughter loved it, so I was wondering if they are doing it again this year. She'd love another call from Mickey!

FYI.... It isn't free but Mickey can call anytime for $2.49.

I've used it a twice and the calls can be geared to the occassion. Once for birthday and once for going on a trip to WDW.
It is very easy to use.

I also saw mention of this in All Ears. I believe the website listed was www.disneyworld.com/gift but nothing comes up yet when I tried it. I think it also mentioned that this was going to start 11/23 so I am going to wait and see if the page changes then. We are going in Feb and are giving this to our kids for Christmas. I am going to subscribe to this link hoping someone else will post if they hear anything different.

BTW I saw the link for another way a PP listed above... I looked and it looks like a Disney site but the URL doesn't look like Disney. I hope the real one comes up because I don't know if I would want to share my Credit Card info with an unknown company. If anyone knows anything about the other company please let us know. If the /gift one I mentioned above doesn't come through I was wondering about the other one. Thanks.

I used Disney's Enchanted call when my dd lost her first tooth. Ariel is her favorite so I had her call. Had no problem with using my card (no funny charges) and the call came through exactly when they said it would.

I have scheduled calls several times through this website and have never had a problem. I don't know if it is official "Disney" or "Disney Sponsored", but I would think that Disney would have had it shut down by now if they were not involved since they use the characters voices and images.

A few weeks ago for my son's birthday, I forgot to schedule it ahead of time so I jumped online as he was finishing his birthday pancakes and was happy to find an option to "call now". No sooner had I finished typing the phone was ringing and Mickey was there. I would not hesitate to use it again.

According to mousesavers if you book select vacations between Nov 23th and Dec 23 you will recieve a free call from Mickey on Christmas.
