Call from DVC after submitting resale?

Is there any rumor going around that they are about to up the min. direct buy in? We are resale buyers (just barely made it through before the changes last year), but I would consider buying 25 direct points. Not interested in more than that though...

No rumor, just speculation on my part because it reduces the incentive for future buyers to go retail completely. We'll see. While you might or might not buy 50, most would if they couldn't buy 25. Still, they don't have to remove the ability to buy 25 to prevent buyers from buying resale unqualified then 25 to get the perks. They could refuse to combine contracts or they could simply require those in that situation to buy 50 to get the perks. I'm sure there are other ways as well.
