call center or online - which "opens" first?

so I know there is always a mad rush to book when a discount drops or a dining booking window opens. I thought I remembered seeing it somewhere that the call center opens earlier than the online reservations by an hour - or I could have that backwards. does anyone know?

you can book dining at 6:00 a.m. online vs 7:00 a.m. when the phones line open. not sure if you can add a discount to an existing reservation without speaking to a representative.
