Here we have a miscommunication.

Disconnected FP machines refer to those where you can get a FP for that attraction even though you just got a FP for a different attraction and your time to get your next FP has not come up yet.

Disconnected FP machines do NOT mean closed FP machines. Connected =/= working.

I'm heading to DLR on Wednesday and will test it out, but just to confirm the connection of CS FP (being able to get it multiple times) is an on-and-off thing.

We were there last weekend, just back yesterday, CS was disconnected our entire 3 day weekend. ie, we were able to get CS FP right after we got FP for Soarin' and WoC. WoC is also disconnected.

It has not always been disconnected, this is a recent development.

Roger Rabbit was also disconnected.

Latest reports from mid to late August still show CS as disconnected. Of course, that can change at any time. Have fun!

Looking at when it was connected, my suspicion is that they can make it connected when it is really busy in the parks and disconnected when it isn't.
