California Screamin Operational Update

As shown on the DLR website, California Screamin is now opening at 1pm on mondays-fridays now through fall 2007!

It's usually open during regular park hours. They are starting it late because of work being done on Midway Mania.

probably to prevent people from seeing people working or throwing stuff at the workers.

Yes, that is what it means. I have never seen DLR give out FPs for a ride that is not currently up and running. WDW is different, and if a ride is down but expected to be up relatively soon they may still give out FPs.
