California Grill ?

Is there a bar/lounge at the California grill where you just order drinks and flatbread or sushi? I don't really want to do a full meal here but would like to do a little sampling.

Yes, the California Grill Lounge is open from 5:30pm to midnight, you can get drinks and appetizers there, the only problem we have run into at the lounge is that is where the people that are waiting for their actual dinner table hang out until they are called so depending on how busy the resturant is it may be hard to find a seat in the lounge.

I agree with you Disney Guest. All of your points were very well taken, I'll get flamed with you! Also, in our case, it was MAYBE a minute, not 5 minutes that the characters spent with my nieces, ages 4 & 6. And after all of the angst of the 6:59 a.m. phones going! The food was fair, so was the server. Never again. Oh, plus we had the added bonus of two kiddies"losing their breakfast" at the next table towards the end. So the servers and characters were busy there (including offering them free breakfasts) and we were then virtually ignored. I almost asked for another breakfast, but it wasn't worth it to me, or the 5 others in our party.
