How is the food here???

I would love to go and be there around Wishes so we can watch it from there. Do you have to reserve a seat that will allow you to watch it? How is the view??

The food is very good. It is one of the top restaurants at WDW.

Is it very hard to get a reservation during non peak times? Going around March or April. Is it best to call at 180 days? If I wait a few days am I SOL??

I just made a reservation yesterday for CG for late June. Not a great time 9:00 pm - but we should be able to see Wishes.

The food is excellant. It rates in my top 3 on property. A couple of times I have not gotten my first choice of date or time. If you are flexible in your plans you will have a better trime to get in. Yes, requesting a window seat is recommended. But you are not gaurenteed a table with a view.

A couple of other things to consider.
Regardless of what time your PS is, you are invited back to the outside platform to watch wishes.

Not all the tables have views of the castle.

It is a fine dining, and the time it takes for a meal is slowly timed to allow you to enjoy the dining experience.
