I was thinking of having my birthday dinner at the CA Grill, but I'm not sure how it will go with my three kids. We have 2yo twins, and a 4yo. If they're in the right mood, they can do great at restaurants, including nicer ones, but if they're tired...ugh. I keep reading that it's a luxurious pace there. If we skip appetizers, and do an earlier dinner at 5 or 6pm is it do-able? Or will my birthday dream become a nightmare? Thanks!

We've gone twice and taken our kids both times. First time they were ages 2 and 4; second time 3 & 5. It went fine both times. Granted, my kids are very used to going out to dinner, but still, they aren't perfect all the time! The place is noisier, and we did not feel uncomfortable having the kids with us at all.

In fact, my kids loved the restaurant, esp since we saw the fireworks while there. They have a candy sushi dessert for the kids, and my son loved it, and was excited to be able to eat "sushi" since I eat it all the time. It's one of the places that they request to go to all the time. Everytime I mention Disney World, they say that they want to eat at the restaurant with the sushi and fireworks.

Thanks! It might work then. I'm just worried about them being tired if we've been at the parks all day. Maybe we can do half a day and have a slow afternoon.

There is so much going on in there it will probably keep them busy. The view alone will keep their attn for awhile. Enjoy!
