California Grill Wine Room?

Hi, can anyone who has been seated in the wine room at the cal grill describe it? do the tables have the same view of the fireworks as the main room? does it even have windows/fireworks view? tia

The wine room is toward the back of the restaurant. It does have some windows but they look down on the south wing and over toward the Wildenress Lodge. We sat in here once and it was nice as far as it being really quiet and seemed a little more intimate but it is not the same as looking out over the Seven Seas Lagoon and the MK. You can not see the fireworks from the room.

Agreed. You can't see the fireworks from the wine room, though the intimate atmosphere is a nice change from the generally high noise level in the main dining area. You are of course free to get up and go watch the fireworks, and then return to the table to continue your meal. We've done that before, and the server had our desserts waiting for us right after the fireworks ended.

Last time we were in the Wine Room there were two large tables of families with kids running around, etc. So, no guarantees the Wine Room will be any quieter.

We had a party of around 13 two years ago with five kids under seven - I expected to end up seated in the wine room and that's what happened.

Agree with what's been said so far. It can be more quiet than the main room, but if you a couple of tables with kids running all around (as we did once), the ambiance is gone.
