California Grill - What time do fireworks generally go off?

Our resevation is at 7pm on a Thurs in Sept, prob too early too see firworks, unless we eat really slow and order more wine!

If you go to the theme parks section of the DIS, they have park times and fireworks schedules. The schedules for September are already out. Not to burst your bubble, but there are nights in September that have no fireworks. If they are scheduled for 8 or 9 pm you should be fine. For 9 pm just hang out a bit if need be in the lounge and head for the obervation deck a few minutes before 9.

We made an ADR for CG on our up-coming December trip at 6:00. The cast member told me when I called that the fireworks were going off at 6:45 that evening, and I should request a window seat upon arrival for our ressie.
