Trying to choose a restaurant for our last night in Disney. We are staying at CR. Planning to also do Chef Mickey's, CRT, Teppan Edo, and Akershus. Not sure which one to choose, any thoughts? Kids are 1, 6 and 7, if that makes a difference.

I think it depends on what you are looking for.

Crystal Palace is a character buffet. The food is decent, I'm sure your children would be happy with another fun meal. But are the adults tired of character interaction?

The wave is casual dining with a healthy menu. It gets mixed reviews because the style of food is not to everyone's liking.

Ca Grill is upscale dining at a slower pace. Do your children enjoy sitting quietly for 90-120 minutes through those types of meals?

I think all 3 are fine so it really depends on what works best for you and your family.

After 30+ WDW trips we finally tried Crystal Palace for the first time last year and LOVED it for lunch. It was somehow peaceful (not the usual for our character meals!) and the food was great to us - different from the other character buffets. My girls loved the interaction and the food choices. It was pretty too! We are going back next month!

Just based on the food, California Grill is much better than the other 2. They aren't in the same league really.

I agree that the food at California Grill is amazing, but I also love the Crystal Palace. Personally, I love spending the last night in MK, surrounding by that Disney ambiance. California Grill is close enough to walk to from MK, so that is a good option.

CG is better food and a great view of Disney and beyond.

CP is good food, don't have to leave the park, and really fun characters.

Either is a good choice in my opinion.

Cali Grill don't even compare to the other two. It's is amazing here.
But for me not that I had bad boys. I have 5 and they were well behaved but I persoanlly like this place for just me & my DH.

The wave is very good but with the kids I think everybody would like CP the best.:thumbsup2
