if you have a reservation and the fireworks are during the middle of it are you allowed to get up from your table and go out onto the deck to watch or do you have to watch from inside?

You can absolutely get up and go out. They're used to it and will help out even. They covered our plates once when we were in the middle of our meal and wanted to go outside.

Definitely - the servers encourage it. They are great about timing your meal around the fireworks.

Many go out on the decks so if you let your server know that is what you plan to do, they often encourage it and will pace your meal accordingly.
