I have made my first reservation for this restaurant and I forgot to ask a very important question, since this a roof top restaurant is it set up to handle people who can not walk very well. Whenever we go to WDW, we have to use scooters to get around. Would like to hear your experiences if you have this limitation.

I am not handicapped, but I do not think you will have a problem. Access to this restaurant is via elevator. I'm pretty sure that the restaurant seating area is lower than the bar area, but it is accessed via a gentle ramp, not stairs. The actual "bar" area is very small and might be too tight for a scooter, but there is a lounge area that would be comfortable. Also, there is plenty of space around the tables and in the aisles of the restaurant. I hope this helps.

Not really a roof top restaurant, just a restaurant on an upper floor (15). I have been to real roof top places and they often have a harder time. Other than the view, this restaurant could really be anywhere in the hotel. It is not very big, and I have never seen scooters inside so I would suggest you call to find out for sure.
