My husband and I would like to eat at California Grill to watch the fireworks on our first night. How long about does it take to eat there? I know the fireworks are at 9:00, but they only have a 7:40 reservation and a 9:15 reservation open for the day we could go. What do you think - is 7:40 too early and 9:15 too late?

Thanks for your help.

We've gone to CG several times for dinner and Wishes, and I usually shoot for a 7:30pm ressie. I think your 7:40pm will be just fine! Enjoy!!!

Our meals at CG always take at least an hour and a half. And we're never seated on time. So 7:40 should be just about perfect!!

even if you are not finished with your meal you can go outside and watch the fireworks and then come back and eat your dessert. Also if you are lucky to get a window table you don't have to go outside if you don't want.

Thanks for your help! I made the reservation and now cannot wait to kick off our trip with an excellent dinner and beautiful fireworks :)

We just did this last week. We went with another couple and our kids went to the Neverland Club at the Poly. Our reservation was for 7:25 I believe. Wishes was at 9:00. My DH went and got the kids after dinner and they allowed him to bring them up and watch wishes. It was a really neat experience for all.

At least an 1 & a half for dinner. So I go with the 7:40 one.
Have a nice dinner. I love Cali Grill :thumbsup2
