My guess is yes. There is (or was?) a max $ amount for an entree when visiting a two-dining-credit-restaurant. I think it was something like 70-75$.
But I remember a rule that you will be credited only amount X when an entree is too expensive for paying with DDP. Maybe it is the difference between the max possible value and the price on the menu or a set fee.
You should call the dining line or try to speak directly to the restaurant if this is possible in any way.
It is. Ate it 3 weeks ago. I should say I ate half of it. Was a mixture of being full already and it being a little too fatty. It was good but not $75 good. They put some sort of vinegar tasting sauce on top that I wasn’t expecting.
