I went to CG last Friday for the first time since they instituted the check-in policy.I went to the second floor check-in desk and asked if I could go up to the lounge for a drink.They said sure and directed me to the CG elevator where a CG CM escorted myself and a couple who were dining there up to the CG.I sat down in the lounge area and ordered a drink.I began to notice people coming off of other elevators other than the "CG elevator",going straight to the observation deck,returning straight to an elevator and exiting.I was under the impression that only the "CG elevator" would go to the fifteenth floor and you were required to check-in at the second floor desk and be escorted from there.Is the new policy only enforced during crowded periods?Is it optional during less-crowded periods.Thanks.
