What isthe optimum ADR time for viewing WISHES, Is 7:30 pm too early for a 9:00pm WISHES?

That should be fine if you have a liesure meal. You won't get seated at exactly 7:30. If you order apps or salads ....then savour your meal....you should be good. I have an 8:30 with wishes at 10pm so we will be doing similar.
