My trip isnt until September but because I get neurotic I go on the website and try to look at what’s available as far out as the site will let me. Every day I look for California Grill on the last booking day available and it’s never available later in the day. Do you have to go on first thing when your window opens?
What time can you start booking?

I booked Cali Grill this morning for late August. It helps to have the 60 + 10 resort advantake. We had our choice of days/times past 3 days in.

Ok this is new we are staying on property at our DVC if your on property you can book 70 days in advance? Is that what you mean by 60 + 10? Do you do this on website or app

You can book starting 60 days from the first day of your reservation and continuing for additional days up to 10, if you have them booked.

Ahhh ok I get it! Yes we are only there 5 nights so I guess if we try for a later date in our stay chances are better? Is it better to do on the website or app?

Website is much better.

Yes, the later in your stay, the better your chances.
So if you try for the third or fourth night, you’ll have a better shot - not to say you won’t get an earlier night, or that the later is guaranteed. This year, everything seems to be a crap shoot…

Unless you are looking for a really unpopular time (if there is one), agree that 60+10 option is best. We can usually get it about 60+5
