Cali Grill or Yachtsman

I will be staying @ BC. Yachtsman does make more sense but I've heard Cali Grill should be tried once for the experience. We will probably all order steak or a steak and shrimp combo if there is one. Thanks

Cali Grill is my favorite restaurant on site, but I wasn't crazy about their steak. We actually found the steak at Flying Fish (right across the water from the BC) and Hollywood Brown Derby (in HS) to be the best in WDW so far. BUT, haven't tried Yachtsmen's or Shula's (a lot of people say Shula's is the best on site.)

I always try to get to the CG at least once on my trip - it is one of my favorite places.

Yachtsman is also a very good restraunt and worth a trip as well.

I would not go to California Grill for a steak. It's not the steak and shrimp combo kind of place.

we go to both every trip...

but if you're looking for steak... go with yachtsman

As, I stated in my earlier post, I love the CG BUT If you are just going to consider steak, I would pick Shula's - to me it is the best steak at WDW.

Not sure if either has a steak and shrimp combo, but of the 2, Yachtsman would be the best choice for steak.

And I do agree that Shula's is the best steakhouse at WDW.

You should at least try CG at least once. It is our favorite restaurant at WDW.
