Cali Grill or Narcoosee's???

Just booked a very spur of the moment October trip with my best friend. I drank the free dining kool aid I guess. Anyway, we've really only been able to come up with three TS that are really must do's for us so we thought we would go with a signature this time, but I'm having a hard time picking between Cali Grill or Narcoosee's. I've never been to either of them, because I usually don't do the dining plan...Or maybe there's something else I haven't thought of? Help please

We've had great experiences with both and enjoyed the fireworks at both. I think I'm a little partial to Narcossee's, more magical being at the Grand Floridian. However, you could drag me back either anytime.

I LOVE this place! There's awesome sushi, a great variety on the menu, you can take a glass of wine outside and watch the fireworks, and more.

I went there THREE nights in a row this May trip (thank you Deluxe Dining!). It was fantastic every time!

I have eaten at Narcoossee's - once - back in 2008 or so. It was so-so. I really do want to go back and give it another try since I hear lots of good reviews!

N is by the water, CG is up in the air. Both offer views of the fireworks, I believe. But I'd say CG has a much more interesting menu.

I did both on the dining plan - deluxe both times, so appie was included. I'm a big fan of appetizers at signature restaurants to really get a good feel for what the restaurant is all about. Since you're on free dining, you might want to add an app or two.

I like them both but I prefer Narcoossee's. On next month's trip, we're going to California Grill for my DD's birthday (HER choice) and Narcoossee's for our anniversary .

Echo the votes for CG. Narcoossee's is fine, but for roughly same price at CG you get (IMHO) better service and a more interesting menu. Wine program is excellent, too.

While I really enjoy both, I LOVE CG and will be celebrating my big 5-0 on August 5 there. You can't beat the great food, service, the view and of course the fireworks!!!
