Cali Grill/Narcoossee Prices

Anyone that had a rehearsal dinner or reception at either of these places have the per person price or range of price?

I read someone that Cali grill was $100 per person with $3000 minimum for napa room. I don't know if that was correct though. I don't necessarily need or want the private room, maybe it would be cheaper for a couple of long tables.

Then I also read that Narcoossee's requires you to rent the whole restaurant and if that's true it's out.

Well doesn't the time of day matter? So for example Narcoosee's is only open for dinner, so If you wanted a brunch or lunch reception you wouldn't need to buy out the whole restaurant.

California Grill has several different rooms if you want a private event, but only the Napa Room holds 50. The food and beverage minimums are $1,500 for events ending before 4pm, and $3,500 for events starting after 4pm.

They don't have any long tables available in the main dining room. If you made a regular ADR, they could try to seat all 49 of you near each other, but there are no guarantees. Also, they will tell you that you have to book the first or last reservation time if you have a large group.

Narcoosee's is only available for lunch and brunch private events. The food and beverage minimum is $1,500. For dinner you would need to make a regular ADR and hope they were able to seat you together. Again, they would tell you to make the first or last reservation time (usually 5:30 pm and 9 pm).
