Cali Grill Late - Fireworks Viewing?

I have a 9:20 Cali Grill reservation. If fireworks are at 9:00 can i go up to get a cocktail and watch, then be seated for dinner?

Personally I think the fireworks from Cali are much less impressive that the meal. I would focus on enjoying the meal and pick a day to see the fireworks in MK where they should be viewed from.
