Cali Grill Flatbreads

We plan to try Cali Grill on our next trip in January. We are going to do the DxDDP again. Can anyone tell me if the flatbreads are appetizers or entrees? Do all the tables have a view out the windows towards MK? What is the earliest seating? Sorry for all the questions but I am an obsessive planner. We don't need to book during Wishes because we'll be staying at CR and it's better for us to have DD watch them from our balcony so she can go straight to bed afterwards. I'm not a very adventurous eater, are there any recommendations? The beef or chicken would be the only entrees I'd be brave enough to try, is it still worth a visit? DH will eat anything and I think he will enjoy it!

I think I got a flatbread as an appi last time we went. I had the filet and it was really good...nothing at all strange or adventurous!

They are definitely appetizers but the real appetizer deal at Cali is the sushi or sashimi.

I think you can select them as either.

No, and there is no guarantee that you will get one.

What is the earliest seating?

5:30 pm.

When you get to the podium, you can request a window seat but as others have said, they are not guaranteed. Even if you don't get a window, you can always go outside on the deck and watch the fireworks from there.

The last time I did that I was getting sick and it was cold on the patio, so they let me sit inside one of the rooms that could still see. Since the music is piped in, it worked great.
