If we have a reservation that is after fireworks can we show up before hand and watch? Fireworks are at 9pm and our res is at 9:30

You should be able to. Just check in at the desk and ask to go up. Unless they are really crowded, its not been a problem in the past.

Yes. Lets say your ADR is at 6pm. Keep your receipt and come back later to see fireworks....just show them your receipt and voila. You get access to the balcony.

And OP, dont worry, you shouldnt have any problems viewing fireworks even though your ADR is after the fireworks show. I have rarely seen the balcony absolutely packed.
