When does WDW release the calendars for early entry and EMHs? We’re going in November, don’t see anything yet.

They've been releasing park hours once a week, usually on Friday afternoon, about 70 days beforehand. This past Friday, April 29, they released park hours up through Monday, July 11. They post changes to park hours (i.e., if parks will open earlier or close later) about 2 weeks out and also will sometimes change park hours the days before or even the day of.

Early entry is now every park, every day, 30 minutes before regular opening time for each park, for all Disney resort guests and certain specified offsite resorts.

Deluxe Extra Evening Hours, for guests of Disney deluxe resorts and certain specified non-Disney resorts, are posted on this web page and updated once a week, again, usually on Friday afternoons. Currently that schedule goes through Wednesday, July 13.

So, you have some time to wait before November dates are posted. Just keep checking MDE and the website for updates as time gets closer.

Previous poster has good info. There will be some variation. Our June dates didn't drop until about 65 days and instead of dropping a whole week's worth, they were dropping a day at a time then. I've also seen some small changes at about 45 and 35 days out and won't be surprised if there are a few more small ones. If you happen to use Touring Plans, they'll actually alert you to park hours changes as they happen.

One additional factor to consider: will they offer deluxe evening hours in November at all? They billed those hours as a 50th anniversary bonus. I don't think I have read anything yet announcing how long that perk will last (I hope its permanent!) but that is something to keep in mind if it impacts where you decide to stay

The 50th Anniversary celebration continues to March or April 2023, so hopefully the DEEH will continue through then - as well as beyond.
