*Calendar Question - Fantasmic

I am looking at PResidents' Day weekend in February - according to Disneyland's calendar, they are open for the weekend (including Sunday night) until midnight, and then back to 8:00 PM beginning on Monday.

Can I assume that they will have Fantasmic if they are open until midnight? Can I assume there is no Fantasmic if they are only open until 8:00?
What would that mean for fireworks?
When does a FULL calendar, with parades and such, come out, generally?

Thanks for any information - I am trying to make an itinerary, and it is hard without a detailed calendar!!

Fantasmic and fireworks will most likely go Friday Feb 16- Sunday Feb 18. Monday Disneyland is open until 11pm, so my guess is they will do fireworks this night, but I'm not sure about fantasmic. When DL is open until 8 or 9pm they won't do either show. I wouldn't expect the parade/show schedules for at least another month. Since we'll be there the same time I would like to know more specifics, too but with the holidays, I'm actually impressed they have hours listed!
