I know this website has been posted before, but I think it has been a while. I know I hadn't visited it in quite some time. Basically it is a test based on certain factors in your life, weight, height, health, etc. It takes about 5 minutes or so to take the test, but the results are pretty insightful. The website is: www.realage.com - then click on My Real Age Test. I have taken the test a few times over the years, but was very surprised at my current results......My calendar age is 40.4, but as of today, May 10, 2007, my RealAge is 30.2! I guess all of my hard work is making a difference in my health. If you have some free time I would check it out and see what it tells you.
