I think either way you go will be fine- as long as each person's set matches within the set if the sets are a bit different from each other that is fine- just like it is fine to use different background paper on months in the full page.

I am using the Karen Foster doodle paper for June. I had in my head we were doing double pages so......I ordered 25 sheets. It has been shipped and should be here any day. I guess I will use 1/2 the sheets for the top layer of the photo mats ....because what is the chances I would need it again....about like the 13 pages of Norway paper I found after I redid everything for Epcot.

I am slightly changing August sunshine to sunshine and sunflowers. Is that ok? My suns will be an accent.

Susie, where did you get Norway paper? I will be going on the Magis Baltic cruise and if I find paper for something that is going to happen I will stock up ahead of time.

It is your choice what you use- that is fine with me anyway- we have lots of flowers and sunshine in the summer here. The oonly requirement is making something different on the elements if you choose to focus on a US holiday (4th of July and Thanksgiving are the ones I can think of).

We don't have veterans day(we have Rememberance Day on 11/11) or Labour Day, and our Mother's Day is earlier in the year (as Mothering Sunday was originally not about visiting your mum, but about servants going home to their parish church before Easter ). We don't do so much for St Patrick's Day if you're not Irish, but its not a problem for me as what else can you do for March You know me, if I have a set like that we'll celebrate St P just to make sure I have the right photos to go with the emelents Why else did I let my two Ds's Trick or treat for the first time ever )Our sporting events are also different, but unless you're planning elements around the Superbowl or something I can't see that being an issue

Thanks for this list- I am doing May but was going with a spring theme with flowers and such not Mother's Day as I am not a mom and I think there may be a few others in the swap without children. I am doing both Marchs- I am doing in with a Lion and Out with a Lamb for the full page and was planning on St. Patrick for the elements but I can always do a couple extra lion and lambs for those of you who don't do St. Patrick's day. The other is just on the general windiness of March.

Here is June. The white mat for the title and the white under the butterfly is the DCWV glitter paper as is the yellow letters and green mat and butterfly wings. I added red Stickles to butterfly and it is pop dotted on page. The circles bordering on the title were partially cutt away form the background paper andlifted over the title mat. I bought the purple butterfly at Ms (the color will be different on each page. Magic Mesh was added for dimension. Pic and journal mats are inked. I've added a brown ink around the edges of the 12 X 12 paper since I took the pic.

Thanks. I am waiting on some MK supplies to work on that and my June paper came yesterday so I worked it out watching TV. The cricut pieces are cut but the glitter paper was so thick that I am going to have to finish hand cutting them.
