Anyone stayed here? What is is like? Distance to parks, restaurants, shops etc?....

Hi

I haven't stayed there, but we have booked a villa there this year. Saying that, when we were last there - feb last year, it was still being built so it is a new development.

It is located on the US27 mid way between the junction with the 192 and the I4. We have stayed along that stretch quite a few times and we like it. There aren't many shops along there, although there is a winn dixie at the junction with the 192. It takes about 15mins to get to Disney - we usually pick up the I4 rather than go along the 192.

It's not really suitable if you don't have your own transport. If you prefer to be more in the 'midst of things' it may not suit, but we really like the location

We will have our own transport and like the sound of the area. I have been told by severel people that the homes are a good specification and I don't mind a short drive to get to restaurants and things, 15 minutes to disney sounds good too!
