Cake w/dinner?

I have PS at Ankershus for the character Princess dinner in late April. We will be celebrating DD’s birthday (turning 4). When I made the PS, a CM gave me a number in case I want to order a cake. I wanted to know if anyone else has done this, was it expensive, do they deliver it to the table, and was it worth it? I appreciate any input. Thanks!

i ordered a chocolate birthday cake for my fiance's bday on a past trip & it was delivered to our table at le cellier steakhouse in canada, his favorite restaurant. i think it was $16, & more than enough for the 2 of us. fyi-the prices vary on flavor & decoration.

make sure you also get a birthday badge for your dd and request a bday call from goofy*or other dcharacter at your wdw resort when you check in.
