CAKE - the best slice of cake for dessert? **Recipes added**

And I forgot to say that I like the chocolate peanut butter bar cake form the BW Bakery. It was better when it was a cake roll but it is still good. The plain chocolate bar cake is entirely too rich and fudgy for my taste, but some may love that too.

Wow! I must have missed that one! My family fell in love with the brownies from the bakery, and always ordered those. I didn't even order desserts here.

I still don't know how I feel about the Boardwalk. That whole vacation just seemed like a blur, for some reason. I didn't have any "wow" moments at any place on the Boardwalk. Especially the ice cream! They feature Eddy's which is good, but we by it at Stop & Shop around here. Hardly a "treat".

I noticed all ears does not list the Whiskey Cake on their menu they updated in deb 06. I was wondering about this a while back on if maybe they removed it. I know the moose others have said is now considered an adult dessert. Just wondered beforehand if anyone has went in the last couple of weeks and have seen this still there.

Thanks OKWMom - and I have to tell you that I love that picture of Dumbo and his mom. DD loved Dumbo as a baby, and at her wedding, she wants to dance to "Baby Mine" with DH. Pass the kleenex!!!!!

Oh, this is just so sweet. "Baby Mine" is a special song to me and my dd6! I used to dance her around the room and snuggle her when it played...ahhh the memories!

I loved the Chocolate Whiskey cake at Le Cellier, but looks like they don't have it anymore. Anxious to sample the grapefruit cake at Brown Derby, too, NEXT time.

I have to say that this cake sounded strange when I ordered it. WOW...was it yummy! I will be inhaling...I mean eating it again in August.

I'd be very sad if they took that way - it's the best cake in WDW.
