I am planning a Grand Gathering for December of next year and want to do a special cake for a dinner at 1900 Park Fare (Ia m hoping to get a meal here)!

I was thinking of something holiday since that's when we will be there - though the castle cakes are gorgeous! I saw a picture somewhere of one that looked like a sand castle (maybe at Coral Reef?).
Any help would be great! This is going to be a surprise (I hope)!
