cake question

Hi
we will be in wdw in sept and my grand duaghter will be turning 2 I'm wondering we will eat at arkesus with the princesses the day of her 2 nd birthday will they bring her a Bday cupcake ?? if so can we bring a candle with a number 2 to put on top ??
can we buy at the podium a cake ?? if so wich one ?? do we have to call ahead ?? do you have a picture and how much it cost ??
We will be only 4 of us so ordering a big cake is not worth it

If not, there are lots of places you can get cupcakes and do the celebration earlier or later. Honestly, if it were me I would not do it at the Princess meal. All that at the same time can be overwhelming for a 2 year old. last year my youngest son was 2.5. He loved the character meals after they were over, but was completely in a trance (a combination of scared, confused and interested) the whole time. I would do it at the resort or a calmer place in the parks. sunshine Seasons and the Bakeries in Epcot have cupcakes. Boardwalk Bakery just behind World Showcase, Starring Rolls at DHS and Main St bakery at MK, along with all the counter service places at the resorts all have fabulous cupcakes too! If you do want to do it there, I don't know what would be wrong with taking a cupcake in. The meal is One Price includes all, so you would have already paid Akershus for your dessert anyway. Have fun
