Cake at Restaurant

We went in 2009 during the free birthday event. We were able to order for a fee things at TS restaurants (a cake in a treasure chest, party bag, etc).

Are these still available?

My son loved the treasure chest cake and wants it again this year (it was his unbirthday cake). We go during my DH real birthday and my DS didn't understand that he can't be the birthday person so we got him that as his special cake.

He still plays with the party bag stuff.
