cake at DLH or GCH?

It's my son's birthday and I wanted to order a small cake and have it delivered to our hotel room.

First off, (and this has probably been discussed before so please excuse me if it's a question that is always being asked) what number shall I call to order?

And second, do you think it would be better to order it while we are staying at the DLH or GCH?
