Part 17– Sunday, August 8, 2004 –Final Day!

Today is check out day. WE had nothing planned but to do some shopping at DTD, and grab lunch there. We got up, had a leisurely breakfast in the lounge and finished packing. We had so much stuff! We ransacked the room making sure that we had everything. (We tipped mousekeeping well this day.) We checked out and headed to DTD. We shopped till we dropped at The World of Disney Store, did some browsing at the candy store, Christmas store, scrap booking, and Home Store (yes we braved it again…although we felt as though folks were watching us at every turn!!…just kidding, although we tried to make Andrew feel that way.) We took a picture of Chris and Andrew by Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. Then had some lunch at Earl of Sandwich. We headed back to the hotel got our luggage and waited for our town car. The flight home was crowded, but no problems. Got home late, and it is ALWAYS SAD to come home after a Disney vacation!!

I hope you all have enjoyed this report and much as we enjoyed our trip! We are already planning a SURPRISE trip for the boys in January of 2005. I can’t wait until then!
