Cagan Crossings Apartment

I have been doing some research wanting to move down to the Orlando area (near Disney) I came across Cagan Crossing's and it is beautiful (from the pictures I have seen) I was wondering if anyone on the boards live there or know anyone in that complex? Would love to hear what someone thinks of it. I also had a few questions below.

1) How many miles is Cagan Crossings from Disney World?
2) Are there any utilities in the monthly rent?
3) Is there a waiting list for an apartment or is there immediate availability?
4) Would the apartments be furnished?
5) If you live in the Aurora Community can you take part in community activities? I heard a rumour that you can't.

THank you for any help you can give me. This is going to be my first apartment and I am very excited.

Not sure how many miles it is but it isn't a bad drive. You take 27 to 192 to get on Disney property. I am not sure about your other questions. It is a nice community.

I live 2 minutes from Cagans Crossings. It seems very nice and well kept. Its the only apt complex in the area I would recommend. With traffic and lights, it takes me about 25-30 mins to get from home to the Wilderness Lodge. Some days are quicker but during holiday times, the traffic is terrible. There is a town center with a pizza place, sub shop, ice cream shop, bakery, fitness center, doctors office, etc and a brand new library right infront of the complex. Wal Mart and fast food is across 27 and they just put up a McDonalds coming soon sign. Most of the other questions need to be answered by the complex office. Good luck!
