Cafe Orleans Gumbo - Back on the Menu

Had lunch today at Cafe Orleans and saw that the gumbo is back on the menu! No more vague seasonal soup...the menu now lists "N'awlins Gumbo".

Yes! Thank you for this news. Has any of the rest of the menu changed?

There were a few others changes...I know for sure the lobster salad is gone and there was a chopped mufaletta salad in its place. I'll have to process the photos from the trip to see if there were other changes.

Still no French onion, though. That was my favorite thing on the menu (other than the pommes frites.)

The gumbo there is really good. It was foolish of them to take it off of the menu.

Now if they would just return the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich to the Hungry Bear I'd be happy camper.
