I don't recollect seeing it on previous visits to DLP

Where is it

is it open to all or just for character meals

Cafe Mickey has been there a while now. It is on the corner of the Village as you come in from the hotel end. It used to be called something else which I can't remember. It is open to anyone.

Cafe Mickey used to be called the Los Angeles Bar and Grill.
