Café des Cascadeurs

Hi all,

Quick question about Café des Cascadeurs - has anyone eaten there? I know it's not often open, especially out of season, but I've just had a glowing recommendation for there, but having picky eaters with me I was wondering whether the burgers are as they come or whether you can request without cheese for example.

I was stunned that Victoria's sandwiches were ready made and there was NO way they could do some without cheese when we went in December! So I'm now being extra careful!

Very glad to hear that the Earl of Sandwich are more flexible!!

(Doesn't bother me, I ain't picky! lol)

That's because the sandwiches in Victoria's are pre made so they just sell what is there. Counter service shouldn't be a problem but if its cheese the kids don't like they do a hamburger instead

I really like this restaurant.

It's technically the oldest restaurant in any Disney park! It's a genuine old diner from new York.

The burgers and hot dogs are great and they make everything to order.

Same thing here, never found it open.

Typically it WAS open when we went in December but DH had a bit of a dodgy tummy that day (a bug we later discovered!) and didn't fancy anything on the menu! Will have to keep an eye on it in future trips!

Café des Cascadeurs is on my holy grail list of resturants to try, but I have never seen it open on any of my trips to WDS.

Maybe one day it will be open for us and we will get to sit inside and not just look through the windows.

Us too! Not once in 5 years! Some day hopefully!

With my luck, even if I booked a trip to DLP during the school holidays I expect we will still find Café des Cascadeurs closed.

Hopefuly it will be open in November, I can but hope.
