Jinxy - I've used the inhalator things with mixed results (ie still smoking but last 3wks have been very stressful!). However, I was thinking of going cold turkey when we go on Saturday but have now decided to take the inhalator to "take the edge off".
My hope is that there will be so much to keep me occupied I wont miss the fags.........
