Cabo San Lucas Mexico Celebration Advise please!

Hi everyone, i'm new to this board, it was recommended on cruise critic. I'm a planner and we are booked on a disney cruise for next march. Its a big deal as its my parents 50th anniversary so the family it cruising to celebrate.
We will be in Cabo San Lucas on their anniversary date so we want to do something special. We are thinking maybe we could charter a nice boat or sailboat. When is whale watching?
Any reccommendations?

We just booked a luxury yacht in Cabo for our upcoming cruise as we are celebrating by husbands birthday Its supposed to be incredible, very high end, from mimosas and custom cocktails when you arrive, an open bar and a chef onboard. https://cabosanlucascruiseexcursions.com/excursions/private-luxury-yacht-charters/ . BTW, we used this company on our last cruise for their sailing and whale watching trip and it was an amazing day so definitely recommend them!!

WOW, thats sounds exactly what we are looking for. Which yacht did you book?

We decided on the 55' Azimut yacht as we are 10 people and it only ends up being a little bit more that the 39' as the smaller one only included 6 people and then there is an additional charge for more people and this one included 10 people!! I can't wait to see his face when he sees the yacht

OMG, i didn't even think of it that way with the pricing. We should definitely go bigger too. How many hours did you take it for? I see it says 4 or more hours are required if you want to snorkel too so I was trying to decide if it was worth it or not.

We are splurging and doing 4 hours so we can have the snorkeling option. I would check on the water conditions in March to see how warm the water is to decide if it was worth it personally as i don't like to snorkel when the water is really cool, but thats just me

I was on the WBPC this year in March in Cabo. I found the ocean temperature ok once you were in but my friend on the other hand wouldn’t go in at all!

I'll be happy just to relax on the boat with good drinks and food... there will be music so maybe a little dancing since we have the bigger yacht. And there will be photos.... many MANY photos

What was the water temp?

I would say 70-75, so definitely warmer than the water at our lake but a little cooler that than the 80+ caribbean water

Cool info Crossfitmama. How do you get from your ship to the yacht?

our confirmation says its a 15-20 walk and shows the boat location on a map or taxi. I think we will just walk and maybe taxi back if we have had a few to many to walk
