I've unplugged, rebooted, recycled so many times.
On my RCA modem it's the top two lights that will flash and no other lights at all when I lose the connection.
It's been running perfectly since the level one guy was out on Wednesday, but he didn't do anything
I actually think they have finally corrected the problem from their end since it's been working better than it has in two months. I think they got sick of seeing my telephone number come up
I have to wait until next week for the cable line from the street to the house to be looked at.
Thanks lissa for your advice. I have been keeping a record and they have told me that they will reimburse me. I've been very pleasant with them. They do seem to want to get to the bottom of it, so what can I do?
