Unfortunately, I think it's a travel agent or someone representing themselves as such. They currently have three cabins listed on ebay. This is what they offered as verification of their legitimacy "Square Trade Travel Verified member: 06579606931"

Per the Q&A at the bottom of the page, apparently he got it thru DVC points, and now he's trying to rent it to somebody else.

Can't be a very good deal. DVC points don't go very far for regular resort reservations! It's never less than rack rate.
