It has been a good 7 or 8 yrs since our last Ft Wilderness cabin stay (hard to believe).

For any frequent "cabin" guests over the past several years do you know if there have been any upgrades or changes as far as the mattresses/beds are concerned? I just recall that the bed in the bedroom was not all that comfy, so I'm hoping they may have improved on that.;)

Any other updates in the cabins in the last 5 yrs? Thanks. :goodvibes

We have stayed in the cabins for the last 7 years and do know that the beds were all replaced about three years ago. I think you will find them very comfy. The other changes have been to the drapes, the couch and the bed comforters, and the cabins have been refinished inside and out. Have a great trip. We will be in a cabin again in about 6 weeks and cannot wait. Check out the pictures here on the Dis and on www.allearsnet.com

I found the beds in the bedroom to be very comfy. The Murphy is not as good, especially if there are two people on it. But it's not awful.
There are DVD players instead of vcrs. Otherwise, I don't think too much has changed in 5 years decor wise.

Sounds great:-) Just waiting for FL resident rates to come out-AP rates look great but not sure if I'm going to purchase an AP yet. Hopefully the same kind of rates will be available.;)
