Cabin 6050

Hi All!

After my recent post comparing category 6 and category 8 cabins, I bit the bullet and made the reservation today for a category 6 room! I think that we are going to love having the verandah and my TA was able to book it for only $384 difference!! Woo-Hoo!!!

Has anyone had cabin 6050? I would love to hear the good and the bad!!!

Is 6050 still considered Forward or is it Midship?

Seeing that cabin number brings lots of smiles to my face!! We were in that cabin on the 4/26/03 Magic cruise and it was in a great location to access either the midship elevators or the forward ones. That sure makes it nice when you figure out where you want to end up!!

and that's the cabin that we've been assigned to. It appears to be a good location. It's above the kids' club which mean that no noise will be coming from below in the wee hours of the night (like when you're just above a nightclub or below the pools).

And it's not across from the laundry room either (which I heard can be very noisy as well).

I'll try to remember to IM you when we get back and let you know how we liked the location.
