Cabanas on Castaway Cay

Has anyone had any luck in getting a Cabana on Castaway once on board? TIA

I was able to book in the app 4 days before our cruise in December. It was a double dip at Castaway and I got one for both days! Just keep checking the app every day maybe something will open up

I also was able to snag one 4 days before our cruise and let me tell you it was worth it 100 percent!

There were several empty cabanas on Serenity Bay for our day on Feb 6th on the Fantasy, so I'm assuming they were not all sold.

Yes. I went to guest services as soon as I boarded and requested to be put on a wait list. They called my stateroom the night before castaway.

I went to Guest Services to request one upon boarding in October, and was called in my stateroom that afternoon and offered my choice of either a Family Beach or Serenity Bay cabana.

We were able to get one a few days before ours as well. At least 3 on the family beach (including the Grand Cabana) and 4 on serenity bay opened up the Friday before our Monday sailing.

I kept checking for my Magic sailing on Thursday and nothing ever opened up … hoping for some Pixie Dust once I get onboard!!

Tried to get one on our May 14th sailing but they were sold out. The waitlist was even quite long.
